Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nuatar account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
nuatar will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from nuatar that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
nuatar shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that nuatar has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
nuatar accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.
All transactions on the nuatar Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). nuatar does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or digital assets of any kind.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of nuatar.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nuatar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
nuatar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nuatar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nuatar's liability for death or personal injury caused by nuatar's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
nuatar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at nuatar's sole discretion for business reasons.
You may close your nuatar account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and nuatar, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

nuatar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nuatar will notify registered players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the nuatar Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
